The theme of strong curvilinear outlines in the silhouette of the building, emotionally rich composition, modern finishing materials, active color solution reveals a new urban significance of the building, logically completing the construction of Leninsky Prospekt, which opens the industrial zone of the city. The application of plaster "SINERGI" (for the first time in the city Barnaul) provides a reduction of heat loss of the building up to 40%, and provides a long-term guarantee of preservation of the building facades graphics.
